Is your baby sitting up already? Where did the time go?! Sitting is such a huge milestone in your baby’s development and is the PERFECT age to capture some beautiful portraits. This is why as a baby photographer in Letchworth, I would LOVE to invite you into my comfortable home studio to capture these precious memories of your baby.
What is a mini session?
Mini sessions are little sessions for your little people. Maybe you just need a few photographs to update your photograph frames, or to send to grandparents. Or you just can’t quite fit a full session into your busy lives as new parents! Our mini sessions last for 30 minutes and include 5 high resolution digital images. These great value sessions are perfect for those sticking to a budget.
How is a mini session different from a full sitter session?
Mini sessions are short and sweet. We will choose one backdrop and one outfit for your baby. We will capture some smiles, clapping and maybe even one with their favourite toy. The goal of these mini sessions is to capture their attention for a short amount of time so we will keep them engaged and happy for long enough to capture some beautiful images.
What happens after the session?
About 7-10 days after your session, you will receive a link to a gallery where you will be able to choose which 5 images you would like to receive in high resolution. Any additional images can be purchased for £15 each.
How old does my baby need to be?
Your baby needs to be able to sit unaided but not yet be walking – most of our babies are around 6-10 months but every baby is different so whener your baby hiots their sitting milestone, bring them in!
What should I bring to the session?
Milk/Food! Never underestimate how much a baby can eat/drink when least expected to! If they have a favourite comfort toy it is lovely to capture a photograph of them with that. We have an array of jingly, jangly and shaky objects for catching their attention and some lovely outfits for them to wear.
Where will the session take place?
The session will take place in my comfortable home studio in Fairfield Park – about 3 miles from Hitchin. We have a comfortable space for you to relax and the home environment helps your baby settle into the session. You will be invited in as clients and leave as friends!
