Have you ever seen your baby do that thing where they fling their arms out like they're falling? That's the moro reflex. It usually serves as a handy way to wake up your baby when you're trying to lower them into their cots without waking them!

I've often wondered where "sleeping like a baby" c

I've often wondered where "sleeping like a baby" came from as it certainly didn't feel like my babies slept a lot! But with a lot of warm cuddles, jiggling about and calming noises, this little angel nodded off into the land of dreams!
