Sitting is such a huge milestone in your baby’s development and I would LOVE to invite you into my comfortable Hitchin home studio to capture these precious memories of your baby.
As your baby grows, so does their personality – big time!
They begin to smile, roll, sit, walk – there are so many milestones in your baby’s first year of life to capture. I feel passionate about providing heirloom quality photographs for your family to treasure for a lifetime.
Our baby photoshoots are PERFECT for capturing emerging personalities – smiles, pouts, shy eyes – I love them all!
A sitter session is an interactive session, with lots of singing, playing, bubble blowing – we will try lots of different ways to engage your baby and get you some beautiful images.
As babies at this age have a very short attention span, these sessions last around 45 minutes. We will move fairly quickly through the different set ups to keep your baby happy and engaged.

All of our older baby photoshoots at my studio in Hitchin include a selection of outfits and props that are suitably sized for your baby.

How long does the session last?
Sitter sessions last around 45 minutes, but please allow an hour to allow your baby time to warm up to the new environment.
What do I need to bring?
Food/milk! Never underestimate how much baby can eat or drink when least expected! If they have a favourite comfort toy, it is lovely to capture them with that. We have an array of jingly, jangly objects for catching their attention but if you have somehting that guarantees a giggle, bring it along!
Can we bring our own outfits?
Yes! We do have a lovely selection of outfits for you to choose from, but we do understand that you may have something special you would like then to wear. Please make sure it fits well and will stand the test of time!
Your Title Goes When will the images be ready?
Your gallery will be ready for viewing 14 days after your session, unless otherwise arranged.
What is the best age for a sitter session?
Every baby reaches their sitting milestone at different ages. Once they are sitting confidently and straight backed – they are ready.
